In the early days of the 21st century when I had just started my Bridging Gaps in India entity as an Itenerant Innovative Learnshop Innovator, I was slowly weaning myself away from mainstrean graphic design practice. But I was still taking on the occassional weekend based print design jobs like logos and book jackets.
One of those in between assignments that I took on in November 2006, in between workshop sessions for Shristi School of Design at Yelahanka, Bangalore was a series of Eglish grammar, Maths and General knowledge book jacket designs for a reasonably large and innovative educational publisher - Manoj Prakashan - lead by a young dynamic MD - Ms.Pooja Sharma at the helm.
She had comissioned mer to design these which she rather promptly used.
What I've posted here are the semi-final versions of the same.
